Truck Driver
Job Description:
The Child Abuse Prevention Center is currently seeking a Truck Driver for the Basic
Needs program. The Basic Needs program aims to provide emergent items, non
emergent items and other resources to abused and impoverished children and
their families in order to aid in the reunification or preservation of the family
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pick up donated items
- Deliver items from the warehouse/storage unit to families
- Provide a donation record to donors, tag and label all incoming/donated items for
inventory
- Record and document all outgoing items for families,
- Keep the storage area clean,
- Operate the truck safely, and following all safety rules while moving furniture.
Skills / Knowledge Required:
- A valid driver’s license,
- Clean driving record printout
- LiveScan fingerprinting
- Car insurance coverage
- Ability to life 75lbs.
