The Donor Software System Support/Data Entry Intern provides support to the Child Abuse Prevention Center by managing the Donor Software System, Convio Common Ground operated by Salesforce.com. The position is unpaid but you may receive college credit.
Duration: Spring and/or Summer 2012
Hours: 10-20 hours a week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Development with Donor Software System entries
- Produce reports as requested
- Document protocol for Donor Software System
- Assist with on-site record keeping
- Support with mailers, filing and general clerical projects
Secondary Responsibilities
- Provide copying and filing assistance when requested
- Delegate tasks to volunteers or anyone that is willing to assist in maintaining a efficient office
- Assist in Bulk Mailing-creating, copying, folding, labeling, grouping and actual mailing of flyers, newsletters or any other mailings as assigned
- Assist in Donor/Development related email mailings
- Put New Staff Members in Software System
- Input donations received for Events in Software System
- Input donations received in software system
- Process Thank You letter mailings
- Give Original Thank You letters to Executive Director to sign
- Make copies of Thank You letters
Position Qualifications:
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint preferred. Ability to multi-task mandatory.
