Executive Director
Scott Trotter
Since August of 2006, Scott Trotter has served as the Executive Director for the Child Abuse Prevention Center. In his role, Scott provides leadership to a volunteer Board of Directors and a staff of over 80 employees. His guidance helps shape the Prevention Center’s family focused prevention programs. Scott is committed to fulfilling the Prevention Center’s mission of serving at-risk children and families with programs that break the generational cycle of child abuse and family violence.
Scott has long been involved in nonprofit and healthcare organizations, serving key roles at organizations including, Habitat for Humanity and Caremark. His professional experience also includes 18 years of business management at Disney and Ernst and Young. His expertise in strategic planning and organizational leadership are tremendous assets and allows the Prevention Center to reach even more children and families in Orange County.
