are a time for our donors and honored guests to come together and enjoy a day of giving. From our men’s and women’s golf events to our elegant annual gala, we strive to connect our guests to our mission of breaking the cycle of abuse.
Bright Futures Celebration
Our elegant gala is our biggest event of the year, and offers a fun night of dinning, entertainment, and giving for our guests. From raffles and auctions to guest speakers, our gala is a night to remember.
Charity Golf Classics
Our traditional golf tournament provides a fun day of golf, giving and networking. Our generous sponsors receive exposure to an influential and affluent group, and make this fundraising event, dinner and auction a favorite among our supporters.
We partner with Ragnar So Cal for this 200 mile, two day relay race from Huntington Beach to San Diego, with teams of runners who fundraise on behalf of CAPC. We raised over $40,000 for our cause!
Not So Serious Golf
The ladies love our not-so-serious golf day and giving! Past themes have seen hot air balloons, Springtime in Paris, and included a helicopter ball drop, live and silent auction, and games at each hole.
are a day for our volunteers and donors to connect with our program families and see how deeply their impact is felt.
Families Helping Families
Our annual holiday event matches compassionate donors with 300 of our neediest families, many who can barely get by and are in need of basic items for survival. Volunteers can adopt a family as a Santa, help out at our “North Pole” as Elves, or deliver presents as Reindeer. Families Helping Families is a heart-warming event that creates an unforgettable experience for all.
Held at the Santa Ana Zoo, Summer Celebration is an opportunity for our donors, volunteers and sponsors to meet some of the families we serve. We provide a fun, carnival-like environment with food, games, and crafts, while giving out free backpacks and school supplies for school-aged children to prepare them for the coming academic year. In all, we distribute about 600 backpacks to needy children in Orange County
