Data Entry Specialist – Basic Needs Program

The Child Abuse Prevention Center (CAPC) is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Data Entry Specialist for its Basic Needs Program – Garden Grove, CA

Duties include but are not limited to: 1) Data entry; 2) General office duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Typing speed of 45-60 wpm
  • Strong 10 key skills
  • Accuracy with strong attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word & Access
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
