The Child Abuse Prevention Center is seeking a Modified Full-Time Data Entry Specialist for our School Readiness program to share our passion in serving at-risk children and families in crisis. The Data Entry Specialist will join the School Readiness team dedicated to providing direct service to clients and serving as a resource for families and their children in South Orange County cities. Working in a collaborative, fast paced environment, the Data Entry Specialist responsibilities include managing data entry, tracking, and analysis, assisting in coordinating and scheduling all School Readiness Program activities, assisting as backup for the administrative support team, and supporting the Program Director. This position reports to the School Readiness Program Director.
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Two years of office administration experience
- Experience using Excel and Access
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Access to reliable vehicle and current car insurance
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Live Scan finger printing required
