Part-Time In-Home Coach Program Supervisor

The part time, In-Home Coach Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all facets of this in-home program that is designed to provide parenting education/coaching and case management services with the goal of strengthening parenting skills and improving family relationships and stability.  These families are referred from Social Services.  This position reports to the Director of Family Services.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Program development and administration
  • Service delivery
  • Supervision and management of caseworkers (2.5 FTEs)
  • Grant/contract monitoring
  • Review of staff paperwork
  • Budgeting
  • Communicating with social workers
  • Crisis support during scheduled work hours
  • Consistent achievement of both program goals and contract compliance/requirements while ensuring a commitment to program service excellence in accordance with the Child Abuse Prevention Center’s goals and objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience
  • Two years direct service experience preferred
  • Strong experience establishing and achieving goals
  • Results oriented
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Occasionally may require working evenings, Saturdays and/or holidays
  • Experience managing  and working within the requirements of a government contract
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team environment
  • Experience with Nurturing Program (Parents and Adolescents) curriculum desired
