Omero start line

Team CAPCelerators Kathy and Caroline“I run Ragnar because it is a constant reminder of my ability to overcome myself when ‘the going gets tough’. CAPC, in a sense, supports that same line of thinking in that, when ‘the going gets tough’, we are here to support you and your family to overcome whatever the situation may be and look to better future.” – Omero Corral

“I ran for Ragnar because I always tell the families I work with that they can make a change if they are motivated enough to do it. I was not a runner, so I thought, why not set myself as an example? I achieved something I once thought was my biggest challenge. I enjoy working at CAPC because I am able to see the growth in families that they thought were not possible.” – Caroline Bui (right)

Be a volunteer like Kimberly and Beau Connell

“We volunteer because we want to be a part of the change. Beau has shown me if you care and invest a little time together even a child can change the world one family at a time. We give from the heart together and always make sure we are having fun doing it to encourage others to join us.”

If you’d like to volunteer, please email Omero Corral for more information or sign up for a shift here.
